Our 10 month graduate programme runs from the 1st September – 30th June. Throughout the duration of the programme you'll develop a wide range of transferable, practical and personal skills. All whilst honing the Chinese students' English reading, writing and conversational abilities. Empowering them with the confidence of a second language.

The E3 team support you throughout your 10 month programme, helping you with your visa application and everyday life upon arriving in China. We'll help you prepare and deliver, creative, enthusiastic and engaging lessons that focus on students speaking and conversing in English.

  • Eligibility

    If you’re a current student in the final year of Undergraduate or Masters study, or a recent graduate, you’re eligible. We accept graduates, from all UK institutions, with a Bachelor’s degree in any subject.

  • Apply Online

    If you’re a native English speaker, with a Bachelor’s degree, or in the final year of study, register your details on our online form. During the application process you’ll be asked to submit your CV and a supporting cover letter.

  • TEFL Qualification

    On succesful completition of your application, it’s time to become TEFL certified. Our Chinese schools require the completion of a 120-hour online course. You’ll learn to teach, from teachers, at your own pace.

Spoken English Teacher

The Role

Our entry level programme requires a Bachelor's Degree and a TEFL/TESOL Certificate. Previous teaching experience isn't required.

English Language Teacher

The Role

You'll focus on teaching the core four English skills: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. The programme requires a bachelor's degree or above, TEFL/TESOL Certificate, with prior teaching experience a preference.

Higher Education Teacher

The Role

Teaching students, aged 16+, in A-Level equivalent Mathematics, Science and Economics classes. At least one year of teaching experience is preferred, as well as a bachelor's degree or above and TEFL/TESOL Certification.

The Role

As an Academic Principal of an International School/Department you'll have a wealth of experience in teaching and academic management. A master's degree is preferred as well as TEFL/TESOL Certification.
